Twisted Sister, Soundtrack: Ready Player One. Twisted Sister was an American heavy metal band originally from Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, and later based on Long Island, New York. They began playing in and disbanded in Twisted Sister's best-known hits include "We're Not Gonna Take It" and "I Wanna Rock", which had music videos noted for their sense of slapstick humor.

The Stay Hungry record, with the exception of the chorus of “We’re Not Gonna Take It” and the song “The Price,” I wrote that album in 45 minutes. That was the essence of the entire album.
It was May of , and the world was turned upside-down when Twisted Sister released their legendary heavy metal masterpiece, Stay Hungry. The album helped shoot the New York metal band into the stratosphere, and over the last 36 years, Stay Hungry has sold millions of copies worldwide while going multi-platinum in a dozen different countries.
Twisted Sister are back to torment Spitty Dad again, who can’t seem to find a safe place to stand. He’s drawn to those windows like a moth to a flame. Just stand in front of a wall. There you go. Sanctuary. It doesn’t matter. The level of Twisted Sister’s not-taking-it has thrown him through said wall.
Like the earlier "We're Not Gonna Take It", the video features actor Mark Metcalf, best known as the abusive ROTC leader Douglas C. Neidermeyer from the movie National Lampoon's Animal House. Here, he plays a teacher with a similar personality to Neidermeyer, who harasses a student for drawing the Twisted Sister logo on one of his textbooks.
